ARC is a 501C3 organization formed to more effectively help with the refugee crisis, particularly in Europe. ARC welcomes the participation of all people of heart, and hope that Americans in particular, will join in the global effort to help the refugees.
ARCs activities to date include:
- Raising funds to buy shoes, clothing and food for refugees transiting through Europe.
- Funding, establishing, and maintaining a 2 Acre Community Garden in Softex Camp in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Establishing a Learning Center for girls and women in Oinofyta.
- Funding apartments, utilities and food for vulnerable families (single mothers with children, pregnant women, newborns) in Greece and elsewhere.
- Hosting an adopt a family campaign to raise size specific clothing for 1800 people in Greece.
- Helping refugees settle in the USA, among many other tasks.
