We need help collecting 100 cubic feet worth of winter items to be sent from NYC to Calais refugee camp in France by FEB 15. The following are in critical shortage:
– Very warm jackets for adults
– Shoes for adults, ESP larger sizes
– Fleece-lined leggings for women
– Wool socks for adults
– At this time, we will not be accepting any other donations, including children’s clothing or blankets. European donors send a lot of those!
If you live in the Northeast and plan on traveling to NYC or know people who are going, please consider taking items. There are several drop-off points there
